Refunds Policy (Simplified)

  1. Either party, Global Brit LTD or the client can terminate the contract by giving 30 days’ written notice to the other party.

  2. Should you wish to sign a contract with a longer notice period, this may be possible provided equal duration of notice is applied on both parties.

  3. Upon submission of credible evidence in support of our employees' unsatisfactory performance, we will offer a full refund.

  4. In case of a partially satisfactory performance, you will be charged on a pro-rata basis for the number of days/hours that services were provided.

  5. Upon request, we may replace the employee you are dissatisfied with and use any outstanding credit to bridge fund the hiring of replacement employee.

  6. It is important to note that the above measures/conditions are applicable only if we receive immediate (preferably within the first week of employment) correspondence concerning your dissatisfaction. If you have received services for a significant period (usually two weeks and over) and we have not received any communication with regards to your dissatisfaction, Global Brit LTD cannot call into question the performance of the employee or implement the above measures. In such a scenario, the applicable notice can be served to terminate our services.
